Our food truck started as a passion project with a couple from New Orleans who missed the beignets from home! We started small, cooking up dishes in our home kitchens and allowing our friends to come enjoy. As our popularity grew, we decided to take the leap and start our own food truck business.

Our menu is inspired by our New Orleans heritage. Hot Beignets are one of New Orleans staples and we wanted to bring that to the people of Houston, Tx. We added a little flair to the traditional powdered sugar Beignets most are accustomed to, with out Glazed Beignets!
